2 years ago today we moved to Newquay. So much has happened in those 2 years and mainly for the better, the shop being one of those things. Something which I would never have dreamed of while living in Essex. We all love living by the sea and it’s safe to say Newquay & Cornwall have stolen our hearts. Feel very grateful that I can practice yoga with this view this evening, I’ve been going to yoga regularly for about 2 years now and I love it! It may sound cliche but it really is good for my body, mind and soul. If I don’t go for a week I notice it in my mood and in the way my body feels.
